- Engineering & Consulting Services: We do not provide refunds for completed engineering work, optimization hours, or deployed automation ecosystems.
- Case-by-Case Evaluation: We understand that extraordinary circumstances may arise. If you believe there has been a fundamental failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon technical scope, we will analyze your case on an individual basis. Refunds will only be considered if there is a verified technical issue caused directly by our team that prevents the fulfillment of our obligations.
Limitation of Liability
